One-Person Business Model

Are you a small business owner? Are you the main operator of your business? If so, we have something in common. I’ve owned and operated a chiropractic health and wellness business for over 20 years.

After graduating from Chiropractic College I thought I knew everything I needed to know to help people. It didn’t take long before I realized just how important the practicing part of being a doctor is.

What I discovered through the school of hard knocks was that the experience gained from helping people was what made for a great doctor, not necessarily the knowledge itself.

To a greater degree, experience has also been a stern teacher for how to run a business successfully. After years of operating a small practice, I concluded that a business plan with low overhead is where the best quality of life can be found.

This business model was designed to suit my current needs as a solo practitioner running a chiropractic practice. Several ideas could be adapted to other business models.
